What's New Fall 2025: Dispatching and Attachment Improvements

This fall we’ve been focusing on dispatching and document attachments. Dispatching has been made more reliable and we’ve added richer two-way communications. Our attachment capabilities are now best-in-class.

Dispatching via Email

Dispatching is crucial. We’ve made delivery more reliable by allowing for email as well as SMS channels. We’ve made it more powerful by enabling richer two-way communications.

Attachments

Only about half our customers use attachments at all, but the rest use them heavily to share materials between field and office.

ControlBoard customers get unlimited cloud storage for images, videos, and PDFs. While we aren’t looking to replace dedicated tools like Dropbox or Google Drive, we certainly give them a run for their money. You should check it out!
