ControlBoard and ADP

ControlBoard® sends approved hours to ADP as a payroll file. The office approves each person’s week once, and the approved hours go out by person and pay period in the layout ADP imports, so payroll is paid from the same hours the schedule and the field produced. ADP stays the payroll system of record.

What flows where

Your system keeps the money. ControlBoard runs the work.

Common questions

Does ControlBoard run payroll?
No. ControlBoard sends approved hours; ADP pays them, with your rates, deductions and taxes.
What if hours change after the file went?
Accounting reopens the person’s week with a reason, and a supplemental file carries just the change.
