Built for contractors who do the work themselves

ControlBoard® is labor and equipment scheduling for construction companies: heavy civil, paving and asphalt, utilities, electrical, mechanical, concrete and site work, service companies, and specialty trades. Each trade schedules different things, such as plants and tons for paving or licences for electrical, but the day has the same shape: the board goes out in the morning, the field records the day, and the office approves the week.

Common questions

Which contractors is ControlBoard built for?
ControlBoard is built for construction companies that do their own work: they employ the crews and own or rent the equipment that does the work. Heavy civil, paving, utility, electrical, mechanical, concrete and specialty contractors use it to schedule labor, crews, equipment, rentals and subcontractors across many jobs, then collect field time and the daily log from the same schedule.
Is ControlBoard different for each trade?
The product is the same for every trade; what you put on the board changes. A paving contractor adds plants and prices each mix per ton, an electrical contractor tracks licences against each booking, and a utility contractor fills tailboards on the phone. Your own job types, resource types, cost codes and forms are set up to match how your company works.
How much does ControlBoard cost?
Prices are published and set per person by what each person does. A field worker with the app is $4 a month, a field worker with the time clock $14, and a scheduler $110, with 10% off for paying yearly. Complete adds job cost, labor planning, equipment and compliance, forms and project management per person.
