Construction Crew Scheduling is much different than construction project scheduling. Control board offers a product that really doesn't exist anywhere else in the market. It's a super powerful tool able to forecast labor and equipment needs. You can really see your "pinch points". Self performing construction companies can only grow as big as they can manage their resources.

We are new to ControlBoard, but so far ControlBoard has been easy to use. Everyone has been very helpful in getting it configured the way we want/ need it. We are still leaning, but so far it is going very well. The guys in the field have also found it easy for them to use.

Easy to set up multiple projects. Easy to move crews/laborers around from project to project. Importing subcontractors and equipment was quick and efficient. Text to cancel crews or send a message is very convenient.

We use this software for our scheduling. It is easy to see every crew and resource and job on the same menu which really helps us put together schedules for the next few weeks.

The best part about the software is the fact that it is web based and very user friendly. We use it on every device from phones to desk tops seamlessly. The integration is very simple and takes very little time.

Excellent and very patient customer service who are every responsive, helpful, and eager to please. We don’t necessarily use or know how to use all of the features but this has certainly brought us into a whole new league and we no longer run into scheduling conflicts as we used to do. Easier than a white board and it keeps history of what happened. Allows you to see what resources are available in the future and where all resources are at any time. You can do better planning which makes better use of resources and saves you money. Keeps track of rental equipment so you know when rental period is coming due.

Mark with control board is fantastic for customer service and he is technically outstanding. He really knows his stuff. This has made implementation so much easier. Cons: very very few, a couple minor technical items that we wish the software could do. Again, overall, we are extremely pleased with the product.

Control Board is in a league of its own, after several years of research we finally found a product to meet our resource scheduling needs. Fast set up, easy to implement and crews can remotely view information without fear of accidentally changing or deleting something. Multi user access with real time changes while viewing is ideal for multi office/location use.
