Scheduling

What is the ControlBoard® Resource Schedule for QuickBooks?

The Resource Schedule for QuickBooks is a self-serve edition of ControlBoard for small companies that run on QuickBooks Online. It puts every employee and every machine on the schedule, with no limit on people or equipment. It holds up to three schedulers and 25 open jobs at a time, and a finished job frees its place. Your QuickBooks projects always come through, even past the limit. Field workers use ControlBoard Field for their schedule and their time. It is $89 a month with one scheduler and starts with a 14-day trial; the full ControlBoard has none of these limits.

Common questions

How many schedulers and jobs does the QuickBooks edition hold?
The edition holds up to three schedulers and 25 jobs whose status counts as open. Completed and cancelled jobs do not count, so marking finished work complete frees a place. People and equipment are unlimited, so the whole workforce and fleet fit on the board.
What happens if QuickBooks sends more than 25 jobs?
A QuickBooks sync is never blocked, so your projects always come through, even past the limit. While over it, you cannot add or reopen jobs by hand until finished work is marked complete. The full ControlBoard has no job limit.
How is the QuickBooks edition different from the full ControlBoard?
The edition is for small QuickBooks Online companies and offers the scheduler, mobile and field user types. The office, viewer and supervisor user types belong to the full ControlBoard, which has none of the edition’s limits. You can start the edition yourself with a 14-day trial, or ask our sales team which fits your company.
