Scheduling

What does a user see first when they open ControlBoard®?

ControlBoard opens on Home: what needs a decision today, then the jobs, schedule, costs, field work, equipment, compliance and labor plan, one tab each. A single alert queue ranks what to act on, watch or tidy across scheduling, costs, field, project management, forms and equipment. A project manager can narrow every tab to the jobs they run, and start there every time. The labor plan prints as a booklet. Help is one menu away from any screen, with search, the assistant where the company has it, and a direct line to support, so answers come without leaving the work.

What you can do with it

  • See your jobs, or every job, as soon as you sign in
  • Work the job alert queue
  • Open the labor plan

Common questions

Can a project manager see only their own jobs?
Yes. ControlBoard’s home page switches between all jobs and the running jobs where you are the project manager. The switch narrows every tab, and you can set Home to open on your own jobs every time.
Does ControlBoard show what needs attention today?
Yes. Home’s job alert queue lists what needs a decision across scheduling, costs, field, project management, forms and equipment, marked act, watch or tidy. You can hide kinds or urgencies you do not handle, and your choices apply to every job dashboard too.
How do users get help inside ControlBoard?
The help menu on every screen searches the help, asks the assistant when the company has it turned on, and contacts support. People can report a problem, send feedback, follow their requests and read what is new, all without leaving ControlBoard.
