Equipment and compliance

How does ControlBoard® show who and what is out of compliance?

ControlBoard puts everything out of compliance on one working list. It covers licences and certificates that have lapsed or soon will, equipment service that is due, jobs where someone scheduled lacks a licence the job needs, and people working in another country. Each item is ranked by how urgent it is and opens straight to the person, machine or job where it is fixed. The list looks 30, 60 or 90 days ahead. When a job needs a licence, ControlBoard warns as you schedule someone without it and leaves them out of its suggestions, so gaps are caught before anyone reaches the site.

Common questions

Will ControlBoard stop us scheduling someone without the right licence?
ControlBoard warns as you schedule someone who does not hold a licence the job or need requires on that day. It leaves them out of its suggestions and lists the job as at risk until the gap is closed, so the office decides with the facts in front of it.
How do we get reminders before a certificate expires?
The people your company chooses get one summary, by email and in ControlBoard, at set points before an item expires. By default that is 60, 30 and 7 days before and on the day. The licence holder can be told as well.
Can we track equipment recertification and service in the same place?
Yes. A machine’s yearly certification is a dated qualification, so it shows on the compliance list before it comes due. Service plans flag maintenance that is due, and each service is recorded on the machine with its date and meter reading.
