Assistant

How does ControlBoard® control who uses its assistant and what it costs?

ControlBoard’s assistant answers questions from the help and your company’s own data, and the company stays in charge of it. You connect your own AI provider, choose who may ask, and decide what the assistant may read, down to whether it sees HR records. It never reads more than the person asking can see. Monthly caps for the company and for each person keep spending predictable, with a warning before a cap is reached and a monthly view of usage by person, day and model. You can add your own rules for its tasks, and it can draft a new form, even from a paper form, which a person checks and saves.

Common questions

Can we limit what the assistant can see?
Yes. ControlBoard lets an administrator allow everything the person asking can read, or only chosen modules plus jobs and people. HR records stay closed unless you open them. Whatever you choose, the assistant never reads more than the person asking is allowed to see.
How do we keep assistant costs under control?
Set a monthly cap for the company and for each person. ControlBoard warns at 80% of a cap and holds new questions at 100% until next month or until you raise it. Usage shows the estimated cost by person, day and model; your provider’s bill is the final word.
Can the assistant build a form from our paper form?
Yes. Describe the form or attach a PDF of the paper version, answer the assistant’s questions, and it proposes a form in ControlBoard. You say what to change, check the result and save it yourself; the assistant never saves for you.
